Last week was one really testing week, five days straight of training with friday being the peak where it was the RP Splash. Dominic and I entered the event as Team Silver Backs where we swam more than a total of 150 laps between us.

A test of strength, mind and 3 hours of pushing. It was one tiring affair. I never swam so much, or felt so tired, not even when I ran long distance. This was truly marathon swimming.

The loot? hundreds of toto bags,(Those reusable bags->I'm exaggerating the number, but its a heck lot...) 16 packets of protein powder... a shoe bag, carrier bag.. tons of magazines...two bands with no logo to mark us as participants... and 8 or so RP journals... and it would have been difficult to collect that all safely without the help of our trusty butler Aaron! He stayed with us for the whole 3 hours to help us watch our stuff, it was a pity he could not swim with us... maybe one day they might allow people to swim in spongebob boxers... Haha..
